Gesine Weber

Gesine Weber is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute for War and Peace Studies at Columbia University (New York City). She is a Research Fellow at the Paris office of the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMFUS), and has previously worked as a defence policy advisor at the German parliament and as a consultant at the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation in Shanghai. She is also an Associate Researcher at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) and pursuing a PhD on European defence at King’s College London.
