Giovanni Tricco

Giovanni Tricco is a PhD candidate at the University of Bologna and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His research focuses on the governance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Outer Space. He is Co-leading the Research Group on AI and Space Law of the Space Law and Policy Project Group at the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). He is also a member of the working group on AI and Space Law of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL). He previously worked in tech policy at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), a Washington DC based think tank, carrying out research at the intersection of AI, data and cloud governance.
