Łukasz Maślanka is an analyst in the Security and Defence Department of the Polish think-tank Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW). His main area of interest is the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). Previously, Łukasz worked as Head of the Weimar Triangle Programme and Analyst for France at the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM, 2020-2023). He holds M.A. in Law and in French Studies as well as Ph.D. in literature (2017). He completed his diplomatic and consular training at the Polish MFA (2020). In addition to his native language, Łukasz speaks English, French, Italian and Russian.
