Philip Shetler-Jones

Philip Shetler-Jones is thematic coordinator for crisis management, PKO and hybrid at the project “Enhancing Security Cooperation in and with Asia” for the EU, supported by the foreign ministries of Germany and France. He is also associate fellow in Indo-Pacific Geopolitics at the Council on Geostrategy, London. Shetler-Jones has a PhD and was educated at the University of Sheffield, the University of Tokyo, and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
