Brussels Korea Forum 2024

The CSDS Korea Chair at the Centre of Security, Diplomacy and Strategy (CSDS) – VUB was pleased to host the Brussels Korea Forum 2024 on 9 October 2024 in Brussels. This was the fourth edition of the Forum, the pre-eminent event to enhance understanding of Korean affairs among a Brussels and European audience. The Forum has been held annually since 2021.

As the primary contact point in Europe on policy issues related to Korea, the CSDS Korea Chair organises the Forum to serve as the leading venue to address pertinent global issues and Republic of Korea (ROK)-Europe relations. The Forum brings together high-level Korean and European experts and policy-makers to discuss global security challenges and their impact on Korea-Europe relations, the bilateral ROK-EU partnership in the Indo-Pacific and bilateral security, economic security and technology cooperation.
